Travis Scott is a rapper from Houston who has been in the industry since he was barely out of his adolescence. He is one of the rare few who have demonstrated a lot of creativity and musical talent, and it’s this uniqueness that has brought about a new level of popularity with a wide range of demographics. He’s most recently been in the spotlight due to the release of Astroworld Festival, his highly anticipated new album, and Utopia, his mysterious project with A24.
Travis Scott just dropped a ton of new music this morning and it’s going to be hard to keep up with what’s going on in his head. The Astroworld Festival begins today, and he has been teasing Utopia, his A24 project, Dystopia, his mixtape, and now he’s given us two new tracks called “Escape Plan” and “Mafia.”
From his Rolling Loud performance, it is evident that Scott has been teasing “Escape Plan” for a while now. The moody trap song has had rave reviews from the public and fans alike. It’s only fair to say that “Mafia” won’t be any different when it finally comes out. The track was previewed on Cole’s Beats 1 Radio show where he played the song at the end of the program; no official release date has been announced yet.
